Application of CAN Bus in Hydraulic Excavator Monitoring System
液压挖掘机是复杂大系统,集机、电、液于一体.设计了该监测系统,实时采集液压挖掘机各种状态信号,能有效进行故障的预测.基于CAN总线和ARM,通过传感器采集信号,运用VB语言开发可执行程序,实现了系统的功能,对挖掘机工作状态进行了实时有效的监测,提高了作业效率和经济效益.
Hydraulic excavator is a complicated system which mechanism, electricity and liquid are integrated in. This paper designs this monitoring system to collect all kinds of condition signals of the excavator and forecast its faults effectively. Based on CAN bus and ARM,signals are collected through sensors and the executable program is developed through VB.
