摘要

Abstract

This paper uses the experimental method to research on the mixing effect of blender installation height generally instead of the use of the numerical simulation method.lt also makes a study of the turbulence intensity distribution of flow field in stirred tank, velocity distribution and mixing power through the FLUENT software systems for OAR type stirrer at the different installation height. Results indicate that, at the appropriate installation height, the mixing power is slightly reduced with the height increase; at the inappropriate installation height, mixing effect is affected, but the power is increased.
