乳腺癌中法尼酯X受体的表达及意义
Expression of FXR mRNA in breast cancer and its significance

Abstract
Purpose To investigate the expression of FXR mRNA and their relationships with ERa, ERfJand clinicopathologic characters in breast carcinoma. Methods Real time quantitative transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RQ RT-PCR) technique was used to detect FXR mRNA expression in 60 cases of invasive breast carcinoma and 25 cases of breast benign lesions. Result The RQ RT-PCR data showed that FXR expression was reduced in invasive breast carcinoma tissues (9. 7 ± 2. 7 ) compared with breast benign lesions tissues (40. 8 ± 7. 9) (P = 0. 007, respectively). Furthermore, FXR mRNA expression was significantly higher in breast carcinomas with lymph node positive (17. 1 ±9.0) than thoses with lymph node negative cases (4. 3 ±2. 9) (P =0. 041). The expression of FXR mRNA was positively correlated with the expression of ER(3 (P =0. 000, r =0. 771) in invasive breast carcinoma tissues but was not associated with the expression of ERa ( P = 0. 051) . Conclusion The data from the current study show that FXR may play various roles in the carcinogenesis of breast cancer. FXR mRNA express at high levels may contribute to lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. The results of this study also indicate that the expression of FXR is positively correlated with the expression of ERpin invasive breast carcinoma.关键词
