Test study on anti-icing effects of hydrophobic coating in icing wind tunnel
摘要
Abstract
Anti-icing effects of different hydrophobic coatings are studied using icing wind tunnel test. Method of evaluating anti-icing effect is established on the basis of quantitative parameters such as icing shape, icing velocity and icing intensity. The result shows that anti-icing capability of silicone rubber coating is not obvious, but silicone rubber-cetane coating is better in the study. Therefore, method of adding small molecule material into silicone rubber is a valuable way of researching anti-icing coating. Hydrophobic coating can only reduce the icing velocity, but can't stop icing phenomena completely. The facture method of coating and anti-icing mechanism should be studied further. The results are significant for the development of anti-icing theory and technique.关键词
