带缓存区的集卡同步调度研究
Research on synchronous scheduling of trucks with buffer space
摘要
Abstract
To improve the utilization of container port equipment, minimize the stay time of ships in the port, it' s required to reduce the delay time of quayside container cranes so that the crane is able to operate continuously. Therefore, the buffer space with certain capacity shall be set below the crane to temporarily store containers waiting for operation, in order to reduce the dependency between quayside container cranes and trucks, and dispatch them in the free manner. Considering limitation of buffer space with different volumes, as well as the loading and unloading mixed operations, and with the targets of minimizing the delay time of quayside container cranes and total driving time of trucks, and assigning each task to the proper truck under the given working sequences, a mixed integer programming model is established for the purpose of synchronous operation of trucks in the port, with related numerical example designed. The CPLEX software is employed to verify the effectiveness of the models.关键词
