缺乏不同营养元素对剑麻幼苗生长和养分含量的影响
Effects of Nutrient Stress on Growth and Nutrition Concentration of Sisal Seedling

Abstract
Pot experiment was used to explore the effects of N, P, K, Ca, Mg stress on plant height, root length, leaf blade number, leaf fresh/dry weight, root fresh/dry weight, leaf/root biomass and leaf/root nutrient concentration in sisal seedling. The result showed that N, P, K, Ca, Mg stress treatments had different effects on sisal growth. Compared to CK, the plant height, leaf blade number and leaf/ root dry weight were decreased under N or Ca stress condition. N concentration was decreased under K or Ca stress condition, while P concentration was increased when plant was grown without N or K. K concentration was increased under Mg stress condition, and Ca concentration was increased under K stress condition, while Mg concentration was significantly decreased when N was not supplied.关键词
