摘要

Abstract

Low carbon technologies can be divided into three categories; carbon reduction technology, no carbon technology, carbon removal technology. Selecting the optimal low carbon technology is the key to success of a project. Low carbon technology assessment content usually comprise of energy use rate, economic benefit, the life cycle. Comprehensive evaluation method comprise of the analytic hierarchy process, comprehensive evaluation method, Delphi method, entropy method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. These methods permeate in the analysis of index weights, model evaluation. Through the research on the technology assessment method, determine the optimum technical project, promote the implementation of circular economy and sustainable development strategy.
