川西地区压裂返排液破胶处理工艺研究
Research on Disruption of the Colloid Structure of the Fracturing Liquuid in the West of Sichuan
摘要
Abstract
Fracturing fluid is a complex stability system in the oil and gas field development, it need to be pretreatment by gel breaking before goes to the next treatment step. The research object of this paper is fracturing fluid in SICHUAN western area. Sodium hypochlorite ( NaClO ) , ( H2O2) , potassium permanganate ( KMnO4) were used as gel breaker for the experimental study. The results show that; potassium permanganate ( KMnO4) is the best gel breaker for treatment the Fracturing fluid, COD removal rate is above 77%.关键词
