吡虫啉在金银花、大青叶中的残留动态研究
Dynamic Analysis of Imidacloprid Residued in Honeysuckle and Folium Isatidis

Abstract
The method for determining the residue and degradation dynamics of imidacloprid in honeysuckle and folium isatidis were studied in this paper. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with NH2 column, and determined by UPLC - MS/MS. The degradation half - life of imidacloprid was 1.71-1. 58 days in honeysuckle and 2.45 ~ 1.97 days in folium isatidis. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg/kg. The average recovery rate was 80.3% ~83.1% in honeysuckle and 81.8% -85.5% in folium isatidis with the relative standard deviation as 4.5% ~6.3% and 3.1%~5.0% respectively.关键词
