血清salusin-α水平与男性勃起功能障碍的相关性研究
Correlation between serum salusin-α levels and erectile dysfunction in male patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum salusin-a levels and erectile dysfunction (ED) in male patients. Methods A total of 104 male ED patients ( ED group, n = 104) and 68 age/body mass index ( BMI) -matched healthy controls ( control group.n =68) were cross-sectionally enrolled in this study. Serum salusin-a levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELJSA). The correlation between variables and the presence of ED was investigated by logistic analysis. Results Serum salusin-a levels were significantly lower in ED patients than those in healthy controls [(1.19 ±0.36) vs (2.68±0.71) ng/ml,P<0.01]. Logistic regression revealed that serum salusin-a level was independently and negatively associated with the occurrence of ED in male patients (OR 0. 886,95%CI 0.813 -0.946,P <0.01). Conclusion Lower serum salusin-a level may be an independent risk factor for the occurrence of ED in male patients. The detection of serum salusin-a level might be a useful method for predicting the occurrence of ED in male patients.关键词
