Determination of Organic Residues in Sodium Ferulate by Headspace Capillary Gas Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A headspace capillary gas chromatography method was established for the determination of ethanol,piperidine and pyridine in sodium ferulate. A DB-624 capillary column was used with FID detector and temperature program control. The calibration curves were linear in the measured concentration ranges. The average recoveries of ethanol,piperi-dine.pyridine were 100.7% ,101.7% and 102.2% ,with RSDs less than 1.0%.关键词
