大孔吸附树脂对金银花叶茎藤总黄酮的吸附性能
Adsorption and Desorption Characteristics of Macroporous Resin to Flavonoids from Leaves and Rattan of Lonicera japonicab

Abstract
The flavonoids were extracted from leaves and rattan of Lonicera japonicab and separated using D-101 macro-porous resin. The adsorption and desorption characteristics of flavonoids on macroporous resin were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of 0.538 mg/mL of flavonoids extracts,80 min standing time,1:5 (g: mL) material-to-liquid ratio,pH 2,2 mL/min of flow rate and eluting with 60 mL of 75% ethanol.the desorption rate was 94.5%. The percentage of flavonoids in the purified sample reached 84.5% ,5 times of that (16.8% ) of the crude extract. The adsorption isotherms of the flavonoids on the D-101 resin were consistent with Langmuir isotherm equations. The dynamic parameter results showed that the absorption process was a spontaneous endothermic procedure. The adsorption was described well by the Pseudo-second-order kinetics. The apparent adsorption rate constants was 1.034 × 10-2g/mg · min.关键词
