Study for Determination of Mercury in the Water of Aquatic Breeding Farms by Microwave Digestion-HG-AAS

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The project aims at exploring to establish a microwave digestion method combined with hydride generation - cool atom absorption spectroscope to test the mercury in the water of the aquatic breeding farm. [Method] The mercury in the water of aquatic breeding farm was determined by Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry, and then it was compared with the method of the national standard digestion. [Result]Linearity range of the method was from 10 to 80 ug/L. The detection limit (3S/ N) was 0. 381μg/L. Linear correlation coefficient was more than 0. 999. Recoveries found by the standard additions method were in the range of 87. 6% to 94. 5% , with relative standard deviation of 4. 5%. [ Conclusion ] Compared with the international GB digestion method, microwave digestion method was proved to have good linearity, high precision, high accuracy, simplicity in operation, complete digestion, less reagents requirement, low blank value and less interference, which was suitable in water testing analysis.
