野生紫斑百合高效离体再生体系的建立
Establishment of an Efficient Micro-propagation System for Wild Lilium nepalense D.Don

Abstract
The experiment was conducted to establish a high efficient plant regeneration system for wild Lilium nepalense D. Don. The scales of L. nepalense as explants were cultured in basal MS medium, and the effect of different hormones and different concentration ratios on scales differentiation, multiplication of adventitious buds and adventitious roots formation. Results showed that callus was induced from scales, and the optimal medium for callus induction was MS + 0. 5 mg/L TDZ + 0. 5 mg/L NAA and the callus induction rate was 45. 00% ; the optimal medium for multiplication of adventitious buds was MS + 1 mg/L 6-BA + 0. 5 mg/LNAA and the multiplication rate of adventitious buds was 72. 58% ; the best medium for root induction was 1/2 MS +1.5 mg/L IBA and the root induction rate was 93. 33%.关键词
