膜式燃气表误差的快速检定技术研究
A study of rapid error-verification technique of diaphragm gas meters
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the verification efficiency of diaphragm gas meters and ameliorate the time-consuming problem of the minimum capacity point, a verification method based on the measurement principle of double-timer and rotary equivalent volume was put forward. A rapid error-calibrating apparatus for diaphragm gas meters with sonic nozzles was designed based on an industrial computer. This apparatus could implement a variety of functions for diaphragm gas meters, such as automatic error verification, automatic data collecting and processing, automatic qualification judgment, as well as the automatic output of verification certificates. The result showed that the apparatus is stable and reliable and that it can effectively shorten verification time and improve verification efficiency.
