住院患者质子泵抑制剂使用的横断面调查与分析
Cross section investigation of using proton pump inhibitors for inpatients
摘要
Abstract
AIM To analyze the use of proton pump inhibi tors (PPIs) for inpations in our hospital. METHODS The drug evaluation criteria of PPIs were developed and the patients of different genders, ages, departments, clinical diagnoses, PPIs species, administration, doses, course of treatment, purposes and combined medication in our hospital were investigated. RESULTS There were 4 varieties and 9 specifications of PPIs that were used in our hospital, including 5 kinds of oral preparations and 4 kinds of injections. The problems for use of PPIs included proloned use and excessive use, and no indications of drug use were found in 28 cases. CONCLUSION The irrational use of PPIs are existed in our hospital. We should develop the drug using standard of PPIs and strictly grasp the indications of drug use. Prophylactic use should be stopped rationally to avoid overuse.关键词
