“品管圈”活动在我院门诊药房药品盘点工作中的应用及体会
Application and experience of quality control circle in drug checking works of outpatient medicine pharmacy
摘要
Abstract
AIM To reduce the drug types which did not match with the accounts in monthly checking, improve checking accuracy and pharmacy management level. METHODS The inconformity reasons of drugs and accounts by quality control circle (QCC) were analyzed and appropriate measures were proposed and implemented. RESULTS By QCC, the inconformity rate of drugs and accounts dropped by 65 .9% . CONCLUSION The consciousness to participate on the management and integrated ability of the pharmaceutical technicians can be improved and the efficiency can be raised by sustaining QCC in hospital pharmacy.关键词
