Abstract
Objective: As the medical equipment develops, the management problems of medical equipment are highlighted increasingly, such as, the number of equipments has grown fast which led to accounts inconsistent, medical supplies utilization is lack of effective supervision, the maintenance work cannot become part of total life cycle management. The hospital need find ways to solve these problems. Methods: The hospital introduced ERP into the daily management, and Use the system to solve the management problems of medical equipment. Results: Combined the practical problem of management, article presents the management and quality improvement for the hospital. Conclusion: ERP helps the hospital relocate resources, improve management level.关键词
