一测多评技术在热痹消颗粒质量评价中的应用
Applicability of QAMS in Quality Control of Rebixiao Granule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the methodological study pattern of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS), and examine its feasibility and technical applicability in the quality control of compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine-Rebbriao granule. Methods With Rebixiao granule as the subject, we got the relative correction factors of Berberine, Phellodendrine, Jatrorrhizine and Palmatime. All these factors were applied to content determination of the four alkaloids to reach the goal of QAMS. At the same time, external standard method was used to determine the four alkaloids so that we could compare the calculated values with measured ones. Results The methodological study pattern of QAMS of the four alkaloids in Rebixiao granule was established. No significant differences were found between the calculated results by QAMS and the measured results by external standard method. Conclusion QAMS is a feasible method to control the quality of Rebixiao granule with Berberine, Phellodendrine, Jatrorrhizine and Palmatime as indexes.关键词
