清喉咽合剂中连翘苷不同定量方法对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Different Quantitative Methods for Forsythin in Qinghouyan Mixture

Abstract
Objective To comparatively analyze the different methods on effect of forsythin content in Qinghouyan Mixture. Methods The content of forsythin in Qinghouyan Mixture was quantitatively analyzed by three-wavelength spectrophotometry and HPLC method. Results The absorbance was measured at wavelength of 278.5 nm, 248.0 nm and 272.4 nm. The regression equation of the proposed method was obtained as follows: △A =89.705C— 0.041, r =0.999 7. The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.025 1—0.1256 mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97.48% and RSD was 1.88%. The determination results had no statistical difference with that of HPLC. Conclusion The repeatability of experiment is good and the method is simple, fast and efficient. It can be applied to the determination of the preparation.关键词
