HZ-202阴离子交换树脂吸附茶氨酸的研究
Preliminary study on adsorption of L-theanine with anion exchange resin HZ-202

Abstract
The adsorption and desorption behaviors of L-theanine with HZ-202 anion exchange resin were investigated. The dynamic kinetics of HZ-202 anion exchange resin was studied, and the optimum parameters of adsorption were procured. It was shown that the pH value and concentration of L-theanine, the flow rate and temperature affected the kinetic curves of HZ-202 anion exchange resin to L-theanine. The optimum adsorption conditions were the flow rate 0.75 mL·min-1, sample concentration 1.0 mg·mL-1, pH 6, and temperature 25℃; And the optimum desorption conditions were the eluent flow rate 0.75 mL·min-1, eluent concentration 0.02 mol·L-1. In these conditions, the adsorption rate was 98%, while the desorption rate was 86.22%.关键词
