低温胁迫对转ICE1基因水稻抗氧化酶系统的影响
Effects of Low Temperature Stress on Antioxidant Enzyme System of ICE1 Transgenic Rice
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of low temperature stress on antioxidant enzyme system of ICEl transgenic rice. [Method] The rice Kongyu 131 and its ICEl transgenic rice lines T1 - 16 and T1 -24 were used as materials,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, POD) and soluble protein contents of the rice seedlings were determined through treatment at low temperature during 0-2 days. [ Result] The activities of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein contents of transgenic rice and non - transgenic rice were of significant differences in the amplitude of variation after treated at low temperature. Specifically, the activities of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein contents of the control plants both began to decline,but the SOD,POD activity and soluble protein contents of the transgenic rice were higher than that of the control,and maintained rising. [Conclusion] The results of this experiment showed that inserted ICE1 gene into rice could improve cold resistance of rice.关键词
