Indoor Fungicide Screening of Helminthosporium Leaf Blotch on Wheat

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to screen out the fungicides which have good inhibition to Helminthosporium leaf blotch (HLB) on wheat. [ Method ] The toxicities of five fungicides against Bipolaris sorokiniana caused Helminthosporium leaf blotch on wheat were tested by mycelium growth rate method. [ Result ] The inhibition effects of five fungicides against B. sorokiniana were significantly different. Among them Prochloraz whose EC50 value was 0.067 μg/ml had the strongest inhibition effect on B. sorokiniana; the next were Difenoconazole, Tebuconazole and thi- fluzamide whose EC50 values were between 0.102 μg/ml and 0. 372 μ/ml. Carbendazim whose EC50 value was 30. 588 μg/ml was the worst. [Conclusion] Prochloraz, Difenoconazole and Tebuconazole have the better inhibition effects on B. sorokiniana caused Helminthosporium leaf blotch on wheat from Anhui Province.
