Discussion on the Transformation Theory of Share-holding Cooperative System
摘要
Abstract
The transformation theory insisted that the share-holding cooperative system was an transformation type, and two kinds of theories was formed known as institutional defects theory and returning theory. This paper retorted upon these theories based on the characteristics of shareholding cooperative system, and pointed out that the share-holding cooperative system could apply to the areas of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.关键词
