Leukemia Diagnosis and Aptamer Technology
摘要
Abstract
Aptamer, a high specificity of oligonucleotide ligand gained through systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment ( SELEX) , is a new type of molecular probes. The application of this technology has successfully screened acute myeloid leukemia and other leukemia cell-specific aptamer in vitro. It also provides the possibility to establish a simple,rapid,accurate diagnosis of leukemia at the molecular level.关键词
