施用有机肥后辣椒物质组分的红外光谱
Organic Fertilizers Application on FTIR Constitutes of Hot Pepper
摘要
Abstract
Effects of different organic fertilizers on constitutes of hot pepper were analyzed by using infrared spectroscopy.the result showed that:after applying organic fertilizers,the content of carboxyl and carbohydrate (sugar)increased,the content of fat class compound including the methyl and the methyl radical reduced,the content of inorganic nitrogen compound dropped. The change of Benzene content is greater than that of CK, inorganic elements released especially silicon , and accumulated gradually by the form of silicon dioxide and the other oxide compounds.关键词
