摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish acid chrome blue K spectrophotography for determining the magnesium content of Aconitum carmichaelii and its processed products. Methods: Applying acid chrome blue K speetrophotography to determine the of magnesium content and dissolution rate in crude chugs and aqueous solution of different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products, and selecting the experiment condition. Results: The sequence of magnesium content in different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products is: Yan-fuzi > Baifupian > Heishunpian > Shengfuzi; the dissolution rate of different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products is approximal. Conclusion: This method is convenient, accurate and credible, it could be used as quality control for Aconitum car-michaelii and its processed products.关键词
