隔附子饼灸对大鼠“足三里”穴位局部Eraf基因表达的影响
Effects of Moxibustion at Zusanli (ST36) Acupoint on Expression of Eraf 2 Gene in Adjuvant Arthritis Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of moxibustion at Zusanli (ST36) acupoint on the expression of Eraf gene in adjuvant arthritis ( AA) rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, aconite moxibustion group. 7 days after AA model established, aconite moxibustion were performed for five Zhuang. 2 hours after treatment, the moxibustioned Zusanli (ST36) tissue (0. 5 cm ×0. 5 cm) were took immediately in which the expression Eraf was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results: The expression of Eraf was significantly down-expressed in model group (vs. control group, P<0.05) . Aconite moxibustion could increase the expression of Cox7a2 (w. model group, both P< 0.05) . Conclusion: Eraf gene could be significantly up-expressed by moxibustion at "Zusanli ( ST36)" acupoint.关键词
