蚁附蠲痹颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响
Effeet of Yi-Fu-Juan-Bi Particles on Mice Immune Function
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate immune function of Yi-fu-juan-bi particles on normal mice, provide pharmacological evidence for clinical. Methods: Induction of monocyte macrophage phagocytosis test, DNCB-induced ear edema of delayed-type hyper-sensitivity test and peripheral blood T lymphocyte proliferation test, as well as hemolysin antibody test of nolmal mouse were used to investigate the immune (unction of Yi-fu-juan-bi particles. Results; Yi-fu-juan-bi particles could not only promote the phagocytic function of mouse monocyte-macrophage system, inhibit the effect of ear edema induced by DNCB and peripheral blood T cell proliferation, but also increase the hemolysin antibody formation of mouse. Conclusion: Yi-fu-juan-bi particles has a role in modulation of immune function.关键词
