Effects of Bai-Zhu-Fu-Ling-Tang in Different Proportioning on TNF-α and IL-10 in Crohn's Disease Rats with Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective; To observe the affect of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang in different proportioning on TNF-α and IL-10 in Crobn' s Disease rats with spleen deficiency syndrome were explored the immunologic mechanism of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang on Crohn' s disease Methods: To establish the rat model of Crohn's disease with spleen deficiency syndrome and cure model rats by Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang in different proportioning, EUSA kit was used to determine the TNF-α and IL-10 in rats blood serum. Results: ①Comparing to the negative control, the level of TNF-α of the model group ascended significantly ( P <0.05 ) and IL-10 descend significantly ( P <0. 05) ; ②Comparing to the model group: the level of TNF-α in Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang BS group, B6 group and B7 group descend significantly (P<0.05); the level of IL-10 in Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang B6 group ascended significantly (P<0.05) . Condasion: The effect of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang B6 group is better than other groups in TNF-α and IL-10.关键词
