紫花地丁石油醚部位的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

Abstract
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the Viola yedoensis Maki-no. petroleum ether fraction. Methods: By heating reflux and solvent extraction to ex-tract the chemical composition of petroleum ether, and using gas chromatography ma-ss spectrometry (GC-MS) technology to isolate and identify the chemical constituents. Resolts: 39 chemical compounds were identified from Viola yedoensis Makino. Petro-leum ether fraction. Comprising: 17 saturated alkanes, 9 Sesquiterpenes, 2 monoterpenes, 7 esters, 1 olefins, 1 alcohol, 1 fatty acid, 1 unsaturated ketone. Conclusion: The results of study lay the foundation for the development and utilization of Viola yedoensis Makino.关键词
