自拟化瘀汤治疗盆腔瘀血综合征44例疗效观察
Self-made Hua-yu Decoction in Treating 44 Cases of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Clinical Curative Effect Observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-made Hua-yu decoction in pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS) . Methods: To Divide 82 patients with PCS into treatment group (Self-made hua-yu decoction, 44 cases) and control group (oral Chinese patent Gui-zhi-fu-ling capsule, ,38 cases) , so to observe the change of the clinical symptoms and transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography after treatment Results; The total efficiency of the treatment group got 86. 36 % , obviously superior to the control group, which got 52.63 %. transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography on diameter and blood flow rate of vein show statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: By means of self-made Hua-yu decoction on PCS, the change of the clinical symptoms and transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography is obvious, and the total response is better than the control group.关键词
