基于相似度计算的信息化项目与专家匹配方法
Similarity Computing Based Method of Information Project and Experts Matching
摘要
Abstract
Due to the fact that information consultation projects and experts are not matching very well in some times, this paper introduced the concept of ontology semantic similarity to solve this problem, analyzed the deficiency of both point-based and side-based semantic similarity calculation method, and presented a hybrid semantic similarity calculation method the main idea of which is converting both project information document and expert information document to two ontology concept tree. The result of calculating between two concept trees' similarity is used to judge the projects and experts whether they are matching or not. The case study proves that this method is effective and has high accuracy.关键词
