摘要

Abstract

Previously, the difficulty building the particle irradiation degeneration model of space triple-junction GaAs solar cells is that the model must be built separately and then unified. The irradiation endurance of three sub-cell was analyzed, and combined with the continuous slowing principle of incident particles and thin target approximation principle, the non-ionizing energy loss of the proton was amended. In this way, the triple-junction cell irradiation degeneration model was reduced to a single-junction model.
