Abstract
According to the large delay and nonlinear properties of the superheated steam temperature systems in power plants, a new superheated steam temperature control system based on multi-model predictive control was designed. First, the basic algorithm of multi-model predictive control was presented. A feed-forward compensation was introduced in the predictive control algorithm by modeling three main disturbances, reducing the complexity of the design of a dynamic feedforward controller. Furthermore, the structure and the design process of the new control system were illustrated according to the actual situation of power plants. The results of practical operation in a power plant show that the proposed control algorithm can guarantee the steady state error of the superheated steam temperature within ±0.5℃. And the action frequency of the valve can be reduced effectively, and valve service time can be increased.关键词
