Analysis and Optimal Design of Winding Inductance for Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor
摘要
Abstract
The inductance of permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PM_BDCM) not only affects steady state performance of the system, like average torque, but also the dynamic performance, such as commutation and torque ripple.On the basis of the connection of PM_BDCM parameters with operation control performance > from the aspect of optimizing the whole system operation and control performance, the optimal range of PM_BDCM inductance was deduced both to suppress torque ripple and to avoid the commutation failure. In addition, the method of optimizing winding inductance was proposed. The experiment results show that the optimal design of the winding inductance by the proposed method can avoid commutation failure and inhibit torque ripple effectively.
