Effect of MicroRNA in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
microRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous noncoding small molecule RNA which has 18 to 25 nucleotides. Under physiological conditions, miRNA participates in a series of processes of life, such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, metastasis and so on. Recent studies suggest that miRNA plays an important role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) , influencing the expression of a variety of oncogene and protooncogene, affecting the cyclin and related kinases, participating in various hepatitis virus infection processes.
