吸附氧化/纳滤/吸附组合工艺处理丙烯腈工业废水
Treatment of wastewater from acrylonitrile industries with combined processes of adsorption oxidation, nanofiltration and adsorption

Abstract
The high-concentration wastewater from acrylonitrile industries was treated with the combined processes of flocculation, adsorption oxidation, nanofiitration and adsorption. The effects and costs are investigated. The outcome shows that after the treatment with flocculation-nanofiltration-adsorption oxidation process, COD in the effluent decreases to less than 1 000 mg/L, the amount of ammonia nitrogen reduces to less than 25 mg/L, the amount of CN- drops below 5 mg/L, meeting the emission standard of the acrylonitrile industries. In addition, operating costs are moderate, which also lay a solid technical base for the circulating utilization of the wastewater from acrylonitrile industries.关键词
