Al/TiC/Al2O3复合结合剂立方氮化硼复合材料的制备
Fabrication of Al/TiC/Al2O3 bonded CBN composites
摘要
Abstract
Al/C/TiO2/CBN (CBN mass fraction 10% ) mixed powders were used as the raw materials for the fabrication of Al/TiC/Al2O3 bonded CBN composites by reaction sintering. The sample was analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. Al/TiC/Al2O3 bonded CBN composites were produced by reaction sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 1 h. Results showed that when 4Al/3C/3TiO2 was used as binder materials (with CBN mass fraction 10% ) , there occurred serious heat damage and obvious cracks on the composites because of a large amount of reaction heat. Adding excess Al in the raw materials could obviously decrease the reaction temperature. Therefore, the heat damage of CBN was obviously weakened. Meanwhile, Al/TiC/Al2O3 bonded CBN composites with different mass fraction of Al was obtained.关键词
