超声振动辅助车削颗粒增强金属复合材料的温度实验研究
Research on turning temperature of PRMMCs with ultrasonic assistance
摘要
Abstract
Cutting experiments on particle reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) are implemented. Cutting temperatures are measured by natural thermocouple, characteristic curves by T-type thermocouple. Results show that, compared with the curve of common cuttings, the curve of ultrasonic vibrated cuttings, which is 20 ℃ lower than the former curve, is more similar to that of triangle distributed heat resource. Characteristic curve indicates that there are five jagged small peaks that are generally equal to each other on the wave peaks and valleys separately. Cutting temperature increases differently with the increase of cutting speed, infeed speed and cutting depth.关键词
