金刚石表面化学镀球形突起镍磷合金的研究
Chemical plating process for nickel-phosphorus alloy layer with spherical protrusions on diamond surface

Abstract
A new chemical plating process is implemented to coat nickel-based alloy layer onto the surface of synthetic diamond powder to form spherical protrusions. Results indicate that, spherical protrusions can be obtained by such a chemical plating formula: nickel sulfate 36 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 20 g/L, sodium citrate 50 g/L, ammonium chloride 50 g/L, and chemical additive 0. 1 g/L. The pH value is adjusted to 9. 0 by concentrated ammonia, with the temperature controlled to 95 ℃ , and a continuous plating lasting for 2 hours. The results of the X-ray detection show that spherical protrusions, which consist of Ni and Ni3 P, present certain features of crystalline structure before and after thermal treatment on diamond powders.关键词
