Abstract
With the rapid development of medical technology and the transformation of medical model, people put forward higher demand on healthy. To construct the residents' health records can improve the quality and efficiency of works of community health service centres. This article discusses the purpose and significance of developing residents' health records management system, and puts emphasis on the integrated use of the three frameworks' advantages, Struts, Spring and Hibernate, to develop residents' health records management system which is based on B/S mode. In order to ensure data' s security, this system uses independent security services architecture of Web Service.关键词
