摘要

Abstract

The load distribution of the rear axle is analyzed and the sensor layout scheme is made by using the finite element analysis method,which obtains the contour and the strain tensor map under the four working conditions of the rear axle;static load, braking,steering and torsion. Proving ground road load test is carried out and the rear axle load spectrum is collected. The most damaged position of the rear axle is determined by pseudo-damage analysis method. Rear axle road simulation test result and the result analyzed are the same,which shows that the method discussed can accurately predict the fatigue failure mode of the rear axle.
