摘要

Abstract

Focus on the vibration issue under the idling mode in a specific type of forklift, a method that combines with the computer simulation and experiment is proposed to optimize the steering system. Firstly, the steering system is modeled, the Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to achieve the dynamical characteristics, then the Design Of Experiments (DOE) method is used to evaluate the relationships between the components and the vibration of the system under a low frequency range, the parameters are turned to an optimal condition. Finally,the optimization parameters are applied to the forklift, the experiment results indicate that, the vibration of the steering system is suppressed, and the dynamic characteristics are improved obviously.
