Repair of the lower leg and ankle's soft tissue defect with free anterolateral thigh skin flap
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of free anterolateral thigh flap in the reconstruction of the lower leg and ankle's skin and soft tissue defect. Methods 12 patients of skin and soft tissue defects were repaired with anterolateral thigh flaps. The defect sizes were 11 cm×6 cm～20 cm ×13 cm. The wound was done debridement before and during operation. The anterolateral thigh flap was cut with vascular anastomosis to repair wound. Results 12 cases were followed up for 9～12 months. The flaps all survived after operation. The thumb had fine appearance and function. No vascular crisis or flap necrosis were found. Conclusions It is effective to repair of the lower leg and ankle's soft tissue defect with free anterolateral thigh skin flap.关键词
