异形钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折
Open reduction and internal fixation with special-shaped plate for the calcaneal fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect and method of open reduction and fixation with special-shaped plate for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods 64 patients (66 feet) with calcaneal fracture were received treatment of lateral L-type incision and internal fixation with calcaneal special-shaped plate. Results 62 patients (64 feet) were followed up from 4 to 15 months. All fractures healed completely. 1 case got incision infection and transu-dation of implant artificial bone, 5 fractures showed necrosis of superficial part of the incision, all were cured with symptomatic treatment. According to the Maryland foot scores,the results were excellent in 38 cases,good in 16,fair in 7, and poor in 3, and the excellent and good rate was 84.4%. Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with special-shaped plate is a good treatment method for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
