白内障超声乳化术后早期眼内炎的临床分析
Clinical observation of early endophthalmitis following ultrasonic phacoemulsification for cataract

Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause, diagnosis and treatment of early endophthalmitis following ultrasonic phacoemulsification for cataract. Methods Clinical data of 876 cataract patients (1228 eyes) who were operated with ultrasonic phacoemulsification between January 2011 and July 2012 in our hospital were reviewed. Results In all 876 cases, there were 3 cases suffered early endophthalmitis after the surgery. These three patients were treated with anterior chamber irrigation and cavum vitreum injection of vancomycin 1mg and ceftazidime 2mg, as well as systemic antibiotics and glucocorticosteroid. Conclusion Early diagnosis is essential to successful treatment of endophthalmitis that following ultrasonic phacoemulsification. Anterior chamber irrigation and cavum vitreum injection of vancomycin and ceftazidime are safe and effective.关键词
