Abstract
Changes in comeal thickness are manifested in a wide range of ocular conditions as well as some systemic sicknesses. Here we reviewed commonly used techniques for in vivo comeal thickness measuring. These include A-scan ultrasound comeal pachymeter, ultrasound biomicroscopy, Orbscan-II,Pentacam, anterior segment optical coherence tomography, confocal microscope, comeal endothelial specular microscopy, and Haag-Strelt slit-lamp comeal pachymeter. In addition, the characters of changes in comeal thickness under various clinical conditions, such as keratopathy, ocular pressure measurement, glaucoma, ametropia, cataract, retinopathy are summarized as well.关键词
