Abstract
Taking Xinyi City of Jiangsu Province for an example, the possessed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the current miniature farmland water conservancy supply at county government level under the political, economic, social and technological environment are analyzed by using the SWOT-PEST matrix. Strategic arrangements suitable to the miniature farmland water conservancy supply at county government level in China are proposed.关键词
