我国农业水价分担模式探讨
Sharing modes of agricultural water price in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the status quo of China's agricultural water price reform and the stakeholder theory,the concept, meaning, principle and general idea of the sharing of agricultural water price are put forward. The subject and object of the sharing modes are defined. The sharing modes for the agricultural water users, government, non-agricultural water users and water management units are as well as their scope of application are established and analyzed. The problem which irrigation districts should pay attention to when they constitute the sharing mode is pointed out.关键词
